What Psyra is
Psyra is a mental wellness companion that provides guided self-reflection sessions, journaling, relationship tools, and structured programs. It uses AI to facilitate thoughtful conversations and surface patterns in your wellbeing.
What Psyra is not
Psyra is not a medical device, licensed therapist, counsellor, or crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Crisis situations
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately. Psyra provides links to crisis resources but is not equipped to handle emergencies.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Psyra. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Billing
Free accounts have limited features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Psyra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on interactions with the service. You use Psyra at your own discretion and risk.
