Accessibility
A calm space should be open to everyone.
Our commitment
Psyra is designed to be usable by everyone. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all public and authenticated pages. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is built into every design decision.
Keyboard navigation
Every interactive element in Psyra is reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible and consistent. Skip-to-content links are provided on every page.
Screen readers
We use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and landmark regions throughout the application. Live regions announce dynamic content changes. All images and icons include appropriate alternative text or are marked as decorative.
Reduced motion
Psyra respects the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. When enabled, all animations are disabled or replaced with instant transitions. No content depends on motion to be understood.
Colour and contrast
Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes. We do not rely on colour alone to convey information. Focus states use visible outlines rather than colour changes.
Touch targets
All interactive elements meet a minimum touch target size of 44×44 pixels, ensuring comfortable use on mobile devices and for users with motor impairments.
Continuous improvement
We regularly audit Psyra for accessibility issues and welcome feedback. If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, please reach out.
