What we collect
Only what’s needed: your email, your region choice, check-in entries, and session transcripts. Everything is encrypted at rest.
How we use it
Your data powers your Psyra experience — sessions, insights, and safety features. We don’t advertise, don’t sell data, and don’t train external models on your words.
Where it lives
Your data stays in the region you chose during onboarding — US or EU. That choice is permanent. Access is restricted to authenticated services only.
Your control
Export or delete your data anytime from your profile. EU users have additional rights under GDPR. Reach out to [email protected] for any request.
Memory is opt-in
You choose what Psyra remembers. The Forget feature permanently removes items. Legacy uploads extract abstract principles only — no personal narratives are stored.
Safety
When distress is detected, an anonymised event is logged to improve safety routing. No safety data is shared externally.
